Via Ciceronis

A road towards freedom through education

Welcome

Welcome to the Via Ciceronis!

The Via Ciceronis (The Ciceronian Way) is a road which leads to a better understanding of yourself, the modern world and the modern human being who inhabits it. My name is Ahmad Dutton and I am a student of the Latin Language and a lover of the knowledge which has been preserved for thousands of years in the classical texts. Cicero stands out among the many great characters of history. He was a vast man, a philosopher, an orator, and a statesman. Above all, he was a man of hope. Even through times of the deepest despair, he never gave up. More than 2000 years after his death, his life and work are just as relevant, if not more. In an age of growing despair, we need hope. My goal is to show anyone who is searching for meaning in the wasteland of modern society that there is a way forward, that there is hope. It is here that I hope to share my learning as I walk along the Via Ciceronis. The way is open for all who are wandering. Whether it be for a minute, a day, a week or longer, Welcome and I hope you enjoy the journey!
