A road towards freedom through education

(little poem inspired by a road trip through the Scottish highlands:)

The forest, over splitting road, extends
Out her limbs to embrace her other half
She wants to love, but the road contends
the steadfast strength of Nature on her path

The road, with conquered forest, Nature tamed.
or so it seems to him. The trees remain
silent. For they are far from being maimed
and blowing leafy kisses are not slain.

The wise trees wait and are happy to gleam.
In truth, the young road has conquered zero.
Unknowingly, he fulfils Nature’s dream.
Connecting lovers, he’s Nature’s hero.

For Nature herself, leaves not one lover
and only splits, so to rediscover.
